Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "T&C") carefully before using the https://www.bujuku.in/ website (the "Service") operated by BUJUKU (by SKAVI Fashions).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account

Eligibility: The Site is intended for use by adults in India. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Account Responsibility: If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Accuracy: You agree that the personal information you provide to us is true, accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products and Orders

Product Description: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products (including but not limited to colors, sizing, and fabric). However, slight variations in color/design may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.
Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you immediately to process a refund or offer an alternative.

4. Payment, Shipping, and Delivery

Payment: We accept various methods of payment as indicated on the Site (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI where available). All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Shipping: We only ship products within India. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies or any force majeure events beyond our control.

5. Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellation: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Returns: Subject to the conditions outlined in our dedicated Returns & Refund Policy, we allow pre-approved returns within 1-2 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds:
- Refunds on eligible/ pre-approved returns will be initiated from our end to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refer our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
- Reversal of debited amount on order/payment failures would be automatically processed by our Payment Gateway provider and your bank/card issuer. Refer our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

6. eGift Card Policy

BUJUKU eGift Cards are valid for 12 months, redeemable only on this BUJUKU website.
eGift Cards once purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Loyalty Program Policy

The BUJUKU Loyalty Program allows members to earn Points on purchases, reward points redeemable for promo code or discount coupons as mentioned in Loyalty Program page.
Reward Points expire in 180 days and redeemed Coupons expire in 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BUJUKU (by SKAVI Fashions) and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BUJUKU (by SKAVI Fashions).

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BUJUKU/ SKAVI Fashions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is made, updated Policy with terms & conditions would be posted 15-30 days in advance in this page with “Effective from” date. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
