Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on https://www.bujuku.in/ ("the Site"). We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time.

 
1. Shipping Coverage​
  • Domestic Only: We currently ship products exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping services.

  • Serviceable Pin Codes: We rely on reputable courier partners to deliver across India. Delivery serviceability is subject to the coverage of our logistics partners. If your Pin Code is not serviced, we will notify you and process a full refund for the order.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
  • Order Processing: Once an order is placed, it takes our team 1-2 business days to process, conduct a final quality check, securely package, and dispatch the item.

    • Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST would be considered placed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

We differentiate shipping costs based on the delivery location relative to our operational base in Tamil Nadu.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee applies to all orders under the Free Shipping threshold as mentioned below:

    • In-State Shipping (within Tamil Nadu) ~ ₹80

    • Outside-State Shipping (Rest of India) ~ ₹140

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders with a total cart value of ₹3000 and above (after applying discounts).

 
4. Delivery Timelines

Processing Time (1-2 days) + Shipping Time (3-8 days) = 4 to 10 business days from the date of order and would depend upon the Delivery zones as mentioned below:

  • Cities: Deliveries to major cities are generally faster, typically within 3-5 business days.

  • Remote/Rural Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer, up to 10 business days, depending on the courier partner's service frequency in that region.

5. Tracking Your Order
  • Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website.

  • Tracking Activation: Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and visible in the courier system.

6. Delivery Issues and Exceptions
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package 2 times. If delivery fails after these attempts, the package will be returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin). In such cases, we may process a refund after deducting the shipping and reverse shipping charges.

  • Address Errors: Please ensure your shipping address, including the Pin Code and phone number, is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay in delivery due to events outside our reasonable control, such as natural calamities, courier strikes, political disruptions, or unforeseen transit delays.'
