eGift Card Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of eGift Cards issued by BUJUKU/ SKAVI Fashions (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "We") for use on our online webstore, https://www.bujuku.in/ (the "Website").
1. Nature of the eGift Card (Closed Loop PPI)
1.1. Closed System
The eGift Card is a Closed System Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI). It is issued solely for the purchase of eligible goods and services available exclusively on the Company's Website.
1.2. Non-Payment System
The issuance and operation of this eGift Card are not classified as a "Payment System" under the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. Accordingly, it is not transferable, reloadable, or redeemable for cash or third-party services.
2. Purchase and Validity
2.1. Maximum Value
The maximum value of a single eGift Card shall not exceed ₹10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), or any other limit prescribed by the Company and permissible under Indian law.
2.2. Mode of Purchase
eGift Cards can be purchased using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other payment modes as supported on the Website
2.3. Expiration and Revalidation

Expiration: The eGift Card is valid for a period of 12 months (Twelve Months) from the date of issuance.

Extension/Revalidation: Upon receiving a request from the eGift Card holder before the expiry date, the Company shall revalidate the expired eGift Card (including through issuance of a new eGift Card) after due verification, subject to any additional terms or service charges the Company may prescribe, which will be communicated in advance.
3. Redemption Rules
3.1. Redemption Location
eGift Cards are redeemable only for purchases made on the Company's Website, https://www.bujuku.in/ .
3.2. Partial Redemption (Recommended)

If the value of the order is less than the eGift Card value, the outstanding balance will remain on the eGift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions until the expiration date.

If the value of the order is greater than the eGift Card value, the balance amount must be paid by the Customer using other accepted payment methods (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
3.3. Non-Redeemable Items
eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards or vouchers.
3.4. Redemption for Cash
The eGift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can cash be withdrawn against its balance.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Fraudulent Use
4.1. Responsibility
The eGift Card holder is solely responsible for the safety and security of the eGift Card code/PIN. The Company is not responsible if the eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
4.2. Loss or Theft
The Company is not obligated to replace or refund the value of a lost, stolen, or damaged eGift Card.
4.3. Fraudulent Use
The Company reserves the right to cancel or void an eGift Card if it reasonably suspects that the eGift Card has been obtained fraudulently or the promotional code/PIN is invalid.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1. Cancellation by Purchaser
eGift Cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5.2. Refunds for Products Purchased with eGift Card
If an item purchased using an eGift Card is returned, the refund amount will be credited back to the original eGift Card or issued as a new eGift Card, or as Store Credit, as per the Company's general Return & Refund Policy. No cash refund shall be given.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India.
