Return & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the strict guidelines for returning products purchased from BUJUKU.
1. Our Quality Assurance Commitment
Every piece of clothing from BUJUKU undergoes a thorough, multi-point Quality Check (QC) before dispatch to ensure it is free from manufacturing defects and matches your order specifications.
We are confident that your item will arrive in perfect condition.
2. Scope of Returns and Exchanges
We strictly adhere to a limited returns policy. We will only accept returns or process exchanges in the rare event of:

Manufacturing Defect: The item received has a verifiable, unexpected manufacturing flaw (e.g., tear, missing button, irreversible staining) that somehow bypassed our QC process.

Incorrect Item Sent: The item received does not match the product or size ordered (e.g., wrong size/color was shipped due to a packing error).
Note: Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, size issues (we strongly advise checking our size chart), minor color variations due to photography/screen settings, or change of mind.
3. Eligibility Requirements
If, despite our strict QC process, you receive an item falling under the scope above, the following conditions must be met:

Reporting Window: The issue must be reported to us immediately, within 24 hours of product delivery.

Return Window: The defective or incorrect item must be shipped back to us and received within 3-7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Proof: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the manufacturing defect or the discrepancy of the incorrect item.
4. The Claim Process
A. Initiating a Claim

Submit Request: Immediately email us at support@bujuku.in with the subject line: "DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM CLAIM - Order #[Order Number]".

Detailed description of the defect or the incorrect item received

Mandatory: Attach Proof as mentioned in Section 3 above.

Verification: Our Quality Control team will review the evidence provided within 7 business days. If the claim is verified as a valid defect or shipping error, we will approve the return/exchange and provide instructions.
B. Shipping the Item Back

Reverse Pickup: For all approved claims, we will arrange reverse pickup from the original delivery address. In-case of non-serviceable locations, Customers are expected to ship the items back and we will cover the cost of that reverse shipping.

Packaging: The item must be with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please use the original packaging if possible.
5. Resolution and Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received by our warehouse and passes the final verification check (typically within 3 business days of receipt).
Resolution Options:

Replacement: We prioritize correcting the error. So, we will first attempt to offer a Replacement of the correct item/size without any defect.

Refund: If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be initiated from our end back to the original payment source within 7-14 business days.
6. Non-Compliance
Items returned outside the scope of this policy (for reasons other than verified defects or errors), or items returned without prior approval, will not be accepted. Such items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
7. Refund for Payment/Order Failures
If your payment fails during the transaction process (e.g., due to a network error, technical issue, etc) but the amount has been successfully debited from your account, the transaction is considered void, and no order will be placed. In such cases, the amount debited is automatically reversed to your original source of payment. This is not a formal refund initiated by BUJUKU, but a bank reversal of a failed transaction.

Timeframe: The reversed amount typically takes 7-14 business days to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement. This duration is controlled by your bank/card issuer, not by us.

Action Required: No action is required from the customer's side. If the amount is not reflected after 14 business days, please contact your bank first for verification before contacting our support team at support@bujuku.in
8. eGift Card related Refunds

eGift Cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If an item purchased using an eGift Card is returned, the refund amount will be credited back to the original eGift Card or issued as a new eGift Card, or as Store Credit. No cash refund shall be given.
